How do I add a product to the cart?

To add a product to the cart and proceed with the order, you need to log in/create an account and enter the measurements in the "product customization" section.

How do I take measurements?

Watch this video where we show how to measure the torso, chest, waist, and hips.

How do I choose the correct size?

On the product page, you will find both a section for measurements and a button for size selection. The bodysuit will be produced based on the measurements, so the first section is the most important. If an intermediate size is determined from the measurements, we will make the necessary adjustments during production.

A tip: you can write the desired fit (tight/comfortable) in the order notes.

How do I change the color of a competition bodysuit?

Gymbody offers a free customization service for competition bodysuits, where you can change the color/colors of the bodysuit. In the "product customization" section, you will find the "color" box. There you can enter the desired changes.

A tip: in case of changes, you can also add an additional specification regarding the color in the order notes.

Can I add the company logo to a bodysuit?

Yes, in the competition bodysuits section, you will find a button with the option "logo: YES \ NO". Select "YES" if you want to add it and enter the text in the "product customization" section.

Bodysuit with reduced stones, how does it work?

By selecting the version of a competition bodysuit with reduced stones (where available), it will be made by decreasing the quantity evenly, while maintaining the harmony and aesthetics of the bodysuit. For example, the stone design on the front of the bodysuit remains almost unchanged (depending on the model), and the quantity is reduced on the back and sleeves, based on the price.

Changing/canceling the order

To make changes or cancel the order, send us a WhatsApp message to the following number: +393271504282 or an email to info@gymbody.it.

The order can no longer be changed or canceled once it enters the production phase.

Order status

The order status is not updated automatically but is manually changed. During the preparation of the order, you will not receive further updates. Later, on the day of shipment, you will receive an email/sms with shipping information and the DHL tracking number.

I have not received my order yet

All bodysuits are made to measure from the time of the order, which is why production takes 15 working days for training bodysuits and 20 working days for competition bodysuits. At the end of this period, the order will be shipped, and you will receive a notification.

Washing and care

Inside the bodysuit's label, you will find instructions for washing and caring for the bodysuit. Do not hand wash, do not iron, and do not put it in the dryer.

Use a gentle machine wash at a maximum of 40°C with a neutral detergent applied to the intimate areas.

Is it possible to make a return?

Yes, it is possible. However, returned products cannot be used anymore, creating waste of material. It is therefore very important to ensure that the measurements are correct.

The return can be made if the conditions of the bodysuit are like new and it has never been used. As per the terms of sale on the website, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
