Composition and care
· 80% polyamide, 20% elastane
· Wash the product in the washing machine at 30 degrees
· Use neutral detergents only
· Do not iron, do not tumble dry

Chest - measure the circumference at the centre of your breast
Torso - point the meterstick on your shoulder, then slide along the back to reach the croach and finally reconnect the meterstick to the starting point through the front of your bust. The meterstick does not have to stick to the lower part of your back.
